Upon receiving your email, our team will coordinate with the Channel Manager for listing on OpenTraval and arrange a call with you.

The registration form is only for initial email-based registration, not the final onboarding. Once the basic details are submitted, our team will review and verify with the channel manager, and later contact you for final onboarding. The hotel will be listed only after confirmation.

At the time of booking, the guest pays only a small platform fee, while the due room rate is paid directly to the hotel at check-in. Hotels are solely responsible for collecting the due room rate from guest.

No. Guests only pay a flat 5% service fee to confirm the booking. The remaining room amount is paid directly to the hotel at check-in by the guest. An additional 0%–2.1% fee may apply with the service fee if charged by channel managers or partners.
