Please note: Hotel’s channel partner may charge an additional fee of 0–2.1%.

To ensure fair and reliable bookings and safeguard hotel inventory from non-committal reservations, the platform may apply a Refundable Security Fee (RSF) at the time of booking if a guest makes consecutive cancellations or no-shows/fails to check in.

The Refundable Security Fee is 100% refundable if the guest successfully checks in or cancels the booking at least 5 days before the check-in date.
